Anonymous
The anonymous master who wrote the delightful clarinet concerto in F major (HH19), must have been a contemporary of Giovanni Chinzer. He was active in Italy (though not necessarily Italian by birth) and quite likely to have been involved in the same artistic circles in which Chinzer himself move.
